If you see a photo that does not have a size you want underneath
it, that means we are out of stock. We do our best to keep our inventory
accurate, but occasionally you may order an item that we are out
of. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping
to decide how you would like to proceed.
Twinkle Twinkle ships orders primarily via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd
Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping. Please note that we ship
Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day orders must be placed
by 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time to be shipped the same business
day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will not be shipped until
the following Monday. Please allow additional time for items coming
directly from the manufacturer such as furniture and artwork.
Items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order placement.
Shipping time may vary depending on the vendor. Details should
be listed in the item description.
All custom orders are non-refundable. Some items may be returned
for merchandise credit. Social Occasion special orders are non returnable,
please be certain of your child’s size before ordering.
We will gladly accept returns withing 14 days from receipt of merchandise,
excluding special order and sale items.
Items must be returned in the original packaging and the tags still
attached and in saleable to ensure a refund. Previously worn items
will not be accepted.
Items on sale, clearance, or identified as a “final sale” are not
returnable.
Any returns that we may accept as a customer accommodation and
do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item’s current
price minus a 25% restocking fee.
Please allow 3 weeks for processing of returns. If you have not
received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to

We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases
Shipping fees are non refundable, nor do we pay for shipping of
returned items.
Or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Just
place an online order for the items you desire and we will process
it promptly. Your account will be credited when we receive your
return. Shipping fees will apply to your replacement item.
Holiday merchandise is a final sale as of the date of the holiday.
Twinkle Twinkle ensures complete and total privacy of our client
information. We do not sell any information for any reason and will
only send you emails of upcoming events through Twinkle Twinkle
